Description
Down lead clamp, also known as down lead cushion, is fixed on the pole tower to guide the optical cable or steel strand up and down. According to the purpose, down lead clamps include tower down lead clamps, pole down lead clamps, ADSS down lead clamps, and OPGW down lead clamps.
The pole down lead clamp consists of stainless steel Banding, rubber part and aluminum component. The stainless steel banding strap is used to fix the rubber clamp on the pole. At the same time, the rubber part fixes the fiber optical. In this way, the fiber optical will not shake and reduce damage caused by friction.
The structure of tower down lead clamp is different from pole down lead clamp. The down lead clamp consists of galvanized steel bracket, bolts and nuts and rubber part. Bolts fix the down lead clamp to the tower.

How to Use and Install Down Lead Clamps?
– Confirm the position of down lead clamp on pole, and check the suitable cable diameter and pole diameter.
– Adjust the aluminum pad according to the direction of down-lead clamp.
– Wrap the stainless steel banding strap around the pole, put the end through aluminum alloy pad, and tighten.
– Put the end of stainless steel banding strap to opposite direction, and make it close to the inner side of down lead clamp.
– Tighten the bolt & nut.
– Open the rubber fasten clamp, put the cables into groove.
– Cover the fasten clamp, put the bolt nut, and tighten.
