The pole bracket with plate is a specially designed kit for utility pole fixed telecommunication cables, dead-end clamp and suspendsion clamp for ABC cable . This product offers a simple and compact structure while ensuring the stability and durability of the cables.

Constructed from galvanized steel, the pole bracket with plate undergoes a hot-dip galvanization process to prevent corrosion and rust. Because it uses excellent materials and craftsmanship, its corrosion resistance and durability will not change due to the presence of harsh external conditions.

Pole Bracket With Plate Features

Base Plate: The base plate surface is cleaned of burrs, without defects such as cracks, scratches or surface pitting, welded with reinforced ribs, helping to ensure safety and service life when used.

U-Hook: Welded hard on the base plate , with reinforced ribs to increase load-bearing capacity, ensuring the hook holds the cable firmly.

Stainless Steel Banding and Buckles: The pole plate fixed with 2 steel banding straps and 2 stainless steel buckles, helping to increase durability, while making it easy to install on electric poles.

Installation and Operation Instructions

Locate: Locate the stainless steel banding and buckles on the utility pole according to the deployment design, then mark the installation location.

Thread Steel Banding Strap: Thread the 2 steel banding strap into the symmetrical pair of hole on the base plate and install the stainless steel buckle.

Tension Steel Banding: Gradually tension steel banding, adjusting the position of the base plate if necessary to ensure it is properly placed.

Tension Stainless Steel Buckle: After the base plate is in the correct position, tension both stainless steel buckles to firmly fix the base plate.

Check Firmness: After installation, carefully check to ensure that the base plate is firmly installed and not loose.

Finishing Work: Thread the cable or hardware accessories into the hook position, completing the installation.
